• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Sonabed may verify any account at any time and request additional documentation.
• Any account created using false information will be terminated, and the funds held in it may be frozen.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Sonabed. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. Sonabed actively works to prevent underage gambling.

Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory. You may be asked to submit a National ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Failure to provide documentation will result in a temporary account suspension.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is also prohibited, even for a parent or guardian.
• If you know of a minor accessing Sonabed, please notify our support team.
• Providing false information about your age may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

All deposits and withdrawals on Sonabed must be made through a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash & Nagad, ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• KYC document verification is mandatory for large withdrawals within the same session.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering may be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only — once per account.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wager of generally 30–40 times the bonus amount is required.
• Accounts found to have abused bonuses — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — will be suspended.

• Bonus offers that are not used within the specified timeframe will expire automatically.
• Sonabed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

Make sure your balance is sufficient before placing a bet on Sonabed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so double-check before you commit.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market.
• Odds in Live Betting can change at any moment — always check the latest odds before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sonabed reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any illegal activity will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

If a match or event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. Full details are available in the FAQ section below.

Sonabed actively works to protect user safety and maintain platform integrity. Any fraudulent activity detected will result in the immediate suspension of the account involved.

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access the system through account hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method is a punishable offence.
• Any account found to have threatened, harassed, or defrauded another user will be permanently suspended.
• Suspicious transactions are monitored by an automated system.

Sonabed believes gaming should be entertainment, not stress. That's why the platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain healthy habits.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: an option to take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, payment, or account matter, contact Sonabed's support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 48–72 hours.

• Dispute submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
• Transaction history for any account involved in a dispute is retained for the duration of the case.

Sonabed may amend these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be sent to your registered email and posted on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect. In urgent situations (security or legal reasons), changes may be applied immediately.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any legitimate balance will generally be refunded, though bonus-related funds may not be returned. In cases of serious violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.
